Angelic Environmental Effect MTX

The change in transparency of the Angelic Environmental Effect seems like a bug.

It used to be way more opaque (this change happened before the most recent PoE 2 particle effects patch, not sure exactly when) - now it's very translucent and barely visible which kind of ruins the effect.

To illustrate the difference:

In editor mode it still functions as it used to with higher opaqueness:


Then once placed it turns very transparent (which it didn't used to do):
