Why does POE heat my GPU ?

Hello i bought a PC finally around 1 year ago !
*got rid of the 13yr old laptop*
So i wanna ask does anybody have similar problems to my when playnig POE?
(When i bought the PC temps were around 62-72C in POE) Yes i know , people say thats low and they are right probbably..
The thing is i play POE with :

1920x1080 Resolution (windowed mode,it changes itself to 1911x1049 something like that on its own )
VSync Off
60-70FPS capping the game
Low shadows
Low sunshadow
Medium quality
Deep field disabled
and most of the stuff just low/mid ..
oh and i manually turn the 2x Gpu fans to 60-80% fan speed (with Nvidia GEorce overlay, when i bought the pc 50-55% fan speed was ok but slowly with time now im at 70-80% sometimes, and temperatures hit 80-81C) *i've capped it at 81C from the geforce overlay,i rly dont want to go above..

I've read so many forums/posts but i really never found an explanation .. did i do something wrong, did i miss to install something or just its the casual answer "game isnt optimised" ?

On the other hand.. i don't play many games but i like "The crew" , cs:go playd abit and.. well here is the strange thing
The Crew settings are everything to ULTRA and beyond, fan speed 40-55% on GPU and temperature dosent hit even 55-60C //30-55-65% GPU Utilization at most///

CS:GO when i playd i hit 62-64C (120Fps i capped there) high settings 60% fan speed //37-60% GPU utilization//

Idle temps on GPU are 30-36-40C (10% fan speed, even turning it off from time to time) *by idle i mean not gaming , just watchin stuff on youtube, reading posts etc* ///0-5% gpu utilization/// , ///0-15%Cpu utilization while in browser//

In POE mapping expecially gpu utilization is 60-80% , and temps slowly rising to 80-81C *Capped*, ofc after i leave the map it goes down to 47-55C in my HO,utilization drops to 10-20% *Way higher utilization+temp than my other 2games,even tho on low quality"

Does anyone got similar issues? Did i do something wrong when installing and somehow caused POE to heat my GPU but the rest games not .. ?
Is there a way to fix it? I see ppl playing poe on high settings 144FPS (which makes no sense but still) and get lower temps mby.. i did something wrong?

Please keep in mind i am not complaining about high temps , temps are reletivly low , tho compared to other games on ULTRA meanwhile Path of exile Low all .. its wierd.. And yes my build is pretty donkey poison stuff milion arrows, but even in my HO i hit 54-58C temp without moving ..
*Sry again for repeating my self 54-58C is not high! But compared to "The Crew" for example , after i drive 1hr on ultra graphics my car i bearly hit 58C..*

----- PC SPEC ------
Processor : Intel Core i5 10400F 2.9Ghz (up to 4.3Ghz) 6 Cores 12 Threads
GPU : Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 (DUAL-RTX2060-06G-EVO) *By asus*
1TB SSD (i have just ssd,not shure if thats ok)
Motherboard is PRIME H510M-E
Monitor : 240Hz AOC 27' *ive capped it at 120hz* i dont need more

----Some additional info---
I've capped FPS to 118 from Nvidia control panel global

I've updated my Nvidia drivers (I do not update them all the time , since most of the patches are for new games, that i will not play, overriting driver on top of driver will cause to slow down, heat up more)\

I Read carefully model/serial number of everything i have , download drivers from the official website (Asus/Nvidia/Intel) , but could have done mistake somehere

I Think i've installed everything correctly , there is no erros in Device manager , no bad drivers , no conflicts

I've cleaned the dust off it a couple of times it seems super clean , but i havent removed the GPU off the motherboard yet, i dont wanna risk damaging something just yet

Updating windows whenever i see there is an update
From time to time i run "CMD" and scanning the files for corrupted files (im actually amazed a year past , and there are still none gg windows )

Monitoring temps/gpu power/voltage/gpu utilization/cpu utilization all the time (Preformance overlay on GeForce ALT+R) nothing to special , but i dont htink i need MSI afterburner or asus gpu tweak III , since i dont want to overclock

Have done ok fan curves for CPU , sadly i cant controll it only from BIOS i can ( I had Armoury Crate from ASUS could controll it from there, tho there are infity negative posts about Armoury crate that it isnt a good program overall so i got rid of it )
*Cpu Temps in game hit 66C max* agian in POE wierdly with 10-20% utilization

PC Is prebuild I am very happy with it , fans are great , everything seems to be on place , i dont Overclock shyet (there is some settings that are to Auto in BIOS *auto means to use the boost from 2.9Hz to 4.3Hz if cpu need) i think..

I am not shure if this is the right place to write , i tried in NVIDIA forums,i've read people with similarish issues but couldnt get my fix or just my answer so i tought if POE comunity cant help me no one can ..

Overall i love my PC! :D I am trying to not push it more than nessesairly
If you need any LOG files,Any pictures of something please hit me up!

Sorry for the long and messy text..
Hope u managed to understand me my english isnt great

Also forgot to mention , 1yr ago when i bought the PC it had no OS
So was on windows 10 for around 4-5 months , then it automaticly updated to 11 prior to that i was playing poe on higher settings, but alot of drivers messed up i think cus they were for win 10,and windows decided to update itself..

81c is completely normal and expected temps for a 2060.

It can hit 88c before it starts thermal throttling.

If you don't like it hitting 81c as expected of it, then you can TRY lowering the voltage (please stability test for at least a few hours in many different games, otherwise you might start randomly crashing in the future) or capping the FPS even more.

Otherwise, more airflow also works.

Thanks for the respond!
But .. isnt it wierd that Path of Exile is running at 81C on lowest resolution settings possible,no shadows no details + 70-80% fan speed (the Videocard fans)

While a game like "The crew" on ULTRA shadows, and everything else + 40-50% fan speed max hits 62C

(For Poe i cap FPS between 60-80FPS , depends what maps im doing )

(For The Crew 60FPS is cap aswell max from game)
No, because it's not really about the resolution it's about how much is happening.

This whole but other games work fine with higher settings is part of your problem, other games do not come close to what PoE throws about on screen.
