Has Arena Master changed? <solved>

I dont get the buffs and he looks different.
As you can see min has one bloddy sword. In a video i saw he had dual swords. And i tripple checked to get him as spectre. Its from a Drox Map. Also had the Arena Champion combined with him. Still no buffs.

It's not a permanent buff.
It only uses the skill when in combat and it lasts like 4-6seconds |
