Queen's Decree -> Queen's Escape via Alva Temple

History: Queen's Escape used to be able to be upgraded and no longer can, due to the removal of prophecy.
Suggestion: Use the Alva Temple rooms to re-add a way to upgrade it. Option 1: Allow it to upgrade like Superior Sacrificial Garb at the locus of corruption. Option 2: Add a vial for the item. Related suggestion: Do we really need temple items to use a different vial for each item? Could we not reduce them down to a single vial for any of the temple upgrade items? Footnote: This is a suggestion for the devs. Not interested in feedback from other players. I'd submit it to them directly to avoid non-designer fanboi nonsense responses, but this is the only place they want suggestions like this.
