Trying to make a 2-handed axe from white

https://imgur.com/dHNgsBn

I am new to the game and I am trying to make a similar 2-handed axe to the one in the screenshot, but I dont know how he made the orange colored affix in this screen shot.

I am assuming he rolled the first 3 affixes in dark blue with alterations, augmentations and regals. Then added a veil to the item for 10% more damage (?).

I dont know if this is correct and I do not know how he got the 2 orange lines on the axe.

Can someone please help.

those are fractures on the axe. you do them with fracturing orbs
So he went for those 3 lines using alerations, unveiled for the 4th line and then used fracturing orbs for the last 2?
First off, those 2 lines are actually just one prefix modifier. In order to fracture an item with a fracturing orb it needs at least 4 modifiers on it. So you either have to roll with chaos until you get that modifier and then fracture it or using alts + augment + regal + exalt to get to 4 modifiers at the end. However, you can't choose which one of the 4 modifiers will get fractured, you only have a 25% chance to hit the right mod and fracture orbs are really rare and expensive so i can't recommend that method.

Better way is to buy an already fractured base item with that mod, use deafening essence to get the flat phys and the increased phys. This alone will likely take hundreds if not thousands of deafening essences. Cheaper but weaker way would be to use deafening essences until you get a free prefix and 2 free suffixes along with increased attack speed and then multimod for increased phys and double damage. That weapon is absurdly high end and very difficult to roll, borderline impossible really.

Yea, I am not sure if its real or not. Everything about it looks too insane.

You would get the crucible tree, then either fossil or alteration spam for the hybrid (%phys/accuracy). aug, regal, craft a random mod (now you have 4 mods) then fracturing orb. If you don't hit the hybrid, then you use a vendor recipe that retains the tree but removes the mods. Then try again.

Once you have the hybrid fractured, spam essence of contempts until you get t1 %phys. Then you lock prefixes, reforge speed with harvest for attack speed, then craft the final mod on bench (or you can Aisling for a 5th suffix then craft).

If you don't know about fracturing orbs, this craft will be way too expensive for you. You're better off buying the highest pDPS weapon you can afford from the market. Alternatively, you can use Jagged fossils on a nice white base that you can find on the ground.
that axe is quite the expensive, high end craft.

i would recommend just buying a high pdps weapon off trade.

if you absolutely want to craft your own weapon please keep in mind:
fracturing orbs are ~6 divines each.
and depending on how you craft the weapon you only have a 1/2 or 1/4 chance on actually fracturing the mod you want.
so on average you need to buy atleast 2-4 fracturing orbs to get you started.
not to mention that after you finish the prefixes, you essentially spam a 2divine bench craft to get the suffixes.. :x

buying a high itemlevel axe with a desired mod ( t1 phys damage, t1 % phys damage or t1 phys hybrid mod ( <- like the one in your image) ) could be considerably cheaper too:
https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Crucible/3Qdq0kkS5

if you have a bunch of currency lying around and absolutely want to spend it to try and craft it yourself i would recommend:

1 get a highitemlevelbase ( atleast 83+).
2 crucible it until you have a tree you want. ( if you dont get the crucible tree you want, drop it and pick up the next itembase and crucible it)

3 use fossils/ alterations spam until you have TWO t1 prefix phys mods.
4 if the item has more than 4x mods in total, use orb of annulment until it has 4 mods
5 if you annulled one of the mods you wanted to fracture, start over from step 3
6 use fracturing orb on your 4x mod, 2x t1 phys mod item.
7 if the fracturing orb hit one of the phys mods: gz! if it hit a bad mod start over from step 1

8 complete the other prefixes. by whatever method you prefer. ( unless you vaal or delete the item on accident this is prettymuch a "safepoint")
9 you hit all good phys mods? awesome! your prefixes are done!
10 benchcraft prefixes cant be changed and then reforge speed harvest craft ( repeat until you have t1 attackspeed)
11 benchcraft 5th suffix ( for a "cheaper" 5mod axe) or continue:

12 benchcraft prefixes cant be changed -> aisling. if you delete attackspeed restart from step 10; if you delete the crafted prefix cant be changed, gz!
13 get lucky and unveil a good mod! ( double damage, crit, bloodrage maybe? :) )
14 benchcraft your last suffix

im not an "expert" on crafting but thats how i would go about it if someone put a gun to my head

edit:
https://www.craftofexile.com/

you can use the craftofexile emulator to test different crafting methods and check requirements/ chances to get certain mods
