regarding blood notch jewel and glancing blows

hey guys,

quick question regarding the new blood notch jewel and glancing blows keystone (havent been able to find anything on Google):

if i allocate glancing blows, and block a hit that deals enough damage to stun me thanks to the stun duration based on 60% of ES mastery, will the bloodnotch "(40-60)% of Damage taken from Stunning Hits is Recovered as Life" effect still kick in?

You still get a stunning hit, block doesn't change that.
You'll take less damage from this hit and thus recover less life.
