Smite Crucible node Permanently removes Mobs from Domain of Timeless Conflict

Did a couple unrelenting Timeless conflicts this morning immediately after allocating the "Smite consumes corpses on kill" crucible node and when I would reset the domain of timeless conflict nothing I killed with smite would respawn except for the bosses.

By the end of the 5 minutes the only monsters I could respawn in the entire encounter were the 5 bosses.
