Elemental bow duelist some questions?

Now I am lv 40 and got BM, IR, US
My equipment:

I got some confused questions:
1. How to choose the bow, ele dmg and?
2. Because the static below will be got almost in end-game, does it means i choose the wrong talent? I ever see another talent
3. Except resist, how would i choose the stat: life, life regeneration. phy dmg, dex?

With Static Blow my understanding is a good lightning bow mixed with other elements, combined with Lightning Arrow is the best mix. Your bow looks fine for this and your gear supports most of what I wrote below so should be no problemo for you. Other elements can add a bit of dps but the shock status is what is effective. They are being shocked, locked and taking more damage. It will be late game and it appears you will be down on health nodes. Most people pursue the Marauder tree at least to the Troll's Blood so you have much more regen for your blood magic and can spam skills. I am currently at 95 pt regen and never have to stop shooting unless in a small area and I'm getting hit. This is at level 67. Gear should have some elemental % increase, just for buffing, these increase your rings and amulet and totem damage too if you put an element on it. Get rings and stuff with % elemental plus various damages for even more effectiveness.

I began POE not long ago, I am interested by your build because mine is moved closer and I would also like to have the opinion of other one persons on this elemental bow duelist build which is normally made on ranger or shadow!

mikado this is the build you want to look at.
It seems to be the default duelist LA build with a little more tank and less glass cannon.

This is a good template to follow and many use it.
It has some advantages over the other two classes, like closer life nodes and some other stuff.
