Can't start Maven's invitation.

Hi guys, i searched some posts and most said that when you have 10/10 bosses killed start the Maven's invitation: The Atlas, but it seems i cant. Maybe i am missing something? I have added a short video trying this out.

Since it wasn't totally clear from the video, hitting R1 with the invite in the map device didn't open the invite?

Yes, sorry forget to mention. Hitting R1 at first did nothing, just restarted the game and now it starts the invitation. First time ever that i have seen it like this.
