Rage generation as a Ranger

along the way i've not paid attention to keeping rage up, and now paying the price. i have gain 1 rage per second on hit on gloves but thats not very much?

Oof I thought people were using Kaom's Spirit gloves for that.

i started season with kaom and immortal flesh, but on moving to crit based its now just the gloves i guess...
