Whispering the last person that messaged you without ctrl + enter

Hello,

The wiki seems to suggest that the use of @last will automatically whisper the last person that whispered you.

But the behaviour of the chat system in game seems to actually whisper a character named last.

The command

@last ...

seems to show that @last returns the word 'From'.

Is the command broken or am I not using it correct?
