Where Does The Game Tell Me About Anointed Passives Not On The Tree?

I've only just started to research Oils and Anointing and came across a list on this Wiki page

https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Oil

titled "Passive skills only available from anointments".

So taking one at random, "Cleansed Thoughts", I pulled up the in-game Skill Tree and used Search to find it .. and couldn't find it, yet one like Mysticism listed under "Other anointments" that Notable was highlighted.

Pulling up POB I found "Cleansed Thoughts" sitting just above and to the right of "Eldritch Battery" and suddenly realised these nodes I'd seen dotted around the outer edge of POB's tree were all the Notables in the first list .. and all were absent from the in-game tree!

So, if the game doesn't show these unconnected nodes on the Passive Skill Tree how does it teach the player these hidden notables even exist so you can anoint them on to amulets and rings?

Some things, like vendor recipes were hidden from the players until someone discovered them. After they were discovered, they got a wiki page. I think that is why you are not officially introduced to them in the game. It is hidden knowledge discovered by the community and now broadly available. Not sure if poB had it datamined in blight already, but you can and could combine different oils to see the results. Afaik you could not see the oils you need for any notable on the ingame skilltree like we do today.
