Blight Atlas Nodes not working

The Blight Atlas Nodes that reduce tower cost and upgrades are not working. When I load into a normal blighted map, the effect is not active. If you enter an anointed blighted map with cost reduction, only the anointed reduction is in effect. Please fix this issue.
