Shield Not Providing Benefits Anything I Could Have Clicked On?

Was running dual Singularties and the damage value on my spark tooltip changes when I swap back to a Singularity.

However if I try to equip the depicted shield my Life and ES do not adjust and my attack block doesn't show up wherea it should be 26% with the shield equip. However, Shield Charge does light up and works.

I've tried exiting the game and exiting out of Steam and no joy.

nvm. I apparently clicked on Necromatic Aegis instead of Iron Will.
