Banned for no reason

I just got banned for no reason? I was even in a party with my friend trying to clear the acts together. Did a leap slam, and they sent me flying back to the login page and told me I was banned by the admin? I even spent USD $20 for cosmetics the day before. I don't have any third party programs running at all, unless you count my Cooler Master Master+ software a third party program. Never used hack in any games, and it is the first time I get banned in a game. Absolutely ridiculous especially when there is no explanation to why I was banned. Sent an email to support, and not even an automated email to tell me my request is being looked at. 0/10

Thank you for such a quick response, I truly appreciate it, perhaps they should hire more people like you to handle the ban issues instead. I have been reading about so many people getting banned for no reason (threads dating back 2 years ago), and how the response team is so inefficient in handling such issues. Something really needs to be done to the anti-cheat system, and to the team handling these issues. Very tragic that such issues still exist for what I thought was a robust game.

Seems like usual "on lvl 40" auto ban. About posting on forum, maybe they enabled it so people won't spam create empty accounts because of it.

" better to have restricted forum access(possibly just this section they can post in while banned) and know which account your really dealing with than a throwaway account. |
