PSN Bundle cosmetics not added/missing

i have been a PSN member for awhile now and have notice every time I've purchased/ Downloaded these psn bundles i have not gotten them currently i believe im missing quite a few and I'm sure im missing 9,10,11 cosmetics unsure why this happens even when re-downloading the game does not fix curious if i should request help here or playstation

Try to purchase any item anyway, then back out of it to get them to load.
