CRUCIBLE FORGE BROKEN IN MAPS/ACTS

Both my character in maps and the new character i just made keep running into crucible forges that activate but will not actually finish. IE i kill all the monsters and the forge remains lit signifying creatures that need to be killed despite them being all dead.
or this new one where a single creature constantly gets stuck UNDER the forge and cannot be attacked at all though it can be targeted. if it was a one off i wouldnt even bother typing this but since the last 'update' my crucibles have been bugged.

edit: it isnt EVERY one that bugs but its near every 3rd forge that are doing it, i realized i never said either wayso i figured i should make sure i get as much info i can to you.
