Poe makes whole pc sound lag for some reason

Today when i started playing again for some reason my sound on my pc just starts stuttering/lagging like crazy. I have tried multiple things to try to fix it but nothing helps i was wondering if other people have experienced the same thing.

Same here, i can play other games perfectly with friends and no problem at all. but as soon as i start poe my sound and my microphone starts sounding like sparks/ lagg. i got a good pc, new headsets. tried veriefied so all my poe files are correct through steam. its frustrating...
