Helmet attachment visual glitch

"Synthesis Crown Attachment" got a visual glitch where the blue gem got a constant flow of green pixels covering almost the whole head of the character.
Playing on (Ps4) (Ps5) platform, the attachment has been like this since the launch of the new season and I have also seen one other player have this issue.
