not dropping maps almost at all

i have been playing recently and i noticed that im getting little to no map drops maybe i am missing something here and im being dumb.to clarify i am doing T16s:
- chisel + alch
- i have all favored slots
- all watchstones
- i have all map clusters on atlas tree

i have ran dozens of maps to test this so this is not a one map "unlucky" thing i think, also tried to test on other maps to see if its a weight problem

also, i have tried to take singular focus and it does not help, and i do not have shadow shaping taken and the maps are not hidden on my loot filter
