PoE to PoB Import Issue

Hey guys. I know this is an ongoing issue/topic for many.

I've been trying to import my build from PoE to PoB via the character name and also through the F12/application/cookie/POESESSID route. On every attempt I've still gotten the "profile private" error message on PoB when trying to import. I've gone into my privacy settings on PoE's main website. Unticked every box "profile private" included. didn't work. I've ticked every box. saved. logged out of PoE website. closed browser. reopened browser. signed back in unticked every box in privacy settings (again including 'profile private'). saved. attempted to import into pob again, didn't work, same issue. Logged out of PoE website. closed out of PoB via task manager. Logged back into PoE website (privacy settings all still unticked). Logged back into PoB (waited about 60 minutes till i logged back into PoB after being logged back onto PoE website for 60 minutes) tried both character name import and POESESSID method. still getting the same error message "profile private" on PoB. sooo i'm lost

I also play through steam and have heard that could be an issue

Anyone have a remedy? Thanks

character name is "Naavani" spelled exactly as such, no special characters

i'm an absolute doorknob. i appreciate it. i thought it meant the specific character name, not the account name. all good now. thanks!
