Cannot interact with objects and items when "Flesh Offering" is bound to 'A' Button.

It is as the title says. When Flesh Offering is bound to the 'A' button, you cannot pick up items or interact with objects. This is not an issue with any other spell.

There are actually multiple skills that work this way.

I have a similar problem on PS4, having bound Frostblink to X:
It fails to activate on a regular basis despite not being on cooldown and pressing several times.
And if that wasn't enough, sometimes when i want to pick up an item (highlighting it!) the character suddenly teleports.
What could be the cause?

The bug specified in the first post has been witnessed as well - i think it was with Venom Gyre.

Notes:
PS4 on wired connection, but frequent tiny lags, sometimes even short "rollbacks".
Connected to Amsterdam (closer than other servers).
Nobody else uses my 100 MBit connection., which makes this really weird...

This is "normal" and I think GGG is not going to change it anytime soon, that's it.
