Game Crashing

I just recently made a new character that I was trying to run through all the acts with. I have a 50 chaos wand a tabula and leveling boots I just got to act 2 and my game crashed and every time I go on that character my game crashes but works on my other three characters.

I crash every time trying to load up my game now because my map device with all 6 portals open is crashing my game. I afk'ed for 15minutes eating g dinner and crashed sitting in town doing nothing. These rushed out hotfixes are destroying my ability to playthis game at all. I AM LEGIT LOCKED OUT OF A CHARCTER DUE TO CRASHES. Please fix
