So if you get a tier 2 crimson township as a kirac mission (so a white tier mission) you can complete it and get the full completion for the t11.

yep I got the full completion and the t2 version was not even corrupt or anything.
there was one of the guys in ruthless chat bragging about a trick people on ladder are abusing to fill atlas so fast and I thought they were memeing going to avoid this until I find out if this is intentional. "Life isn't a problem to solve but a reality to experience." - Frank Herbert

" Ok, thx for answer, I have global chat off so I miss out on such things. (For SSF HC they will probably leave it in this league even if unintentional - see Kirac's Pass free items.) Also: Last league there was the problem of Fossils 'more likely' not working - GGG never gave an answer as to whether this intentional or no. Despite it obviously being bugged as it said 'more likely' but didnt do anything notable. And I dont know yet if it works this league or no... No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

Just did a white uncorrupted 'Leyline' Kirac - this did give completion but no bonus so if indeed it previously did give bonus also as OP says then that was stealth changed.
