Crucible League - Expedition Excavation - Logbooks with 10 Remnants no credit below 80+ logbooks?

"Complete Logbooks with at least 10 remnants active" seems to not give completion credit for any logbooks that are lower than level 80+.
I did not get credit for one level 70 logbook, two level 79 logbooks. All of my logbooks higher than 80 gave completion credit, so there seems to be some sort of cut off point. Either this is a bug or the challenge text needs to be updated to explain that stipulation. Last bumped on May 16, 2023, 9:47:59 AM

For example which monster level, numbers of remnants blown up, do same remnants blown up count for the challenge, etc. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
