Potential Bug - Explorer's Scouting Reports in Ruthless give high tier maps for white missions

Title says it all - dont know if this is intended but IMO this is not compatible with Ruthless mode.

Just got from a report:
- a 'Leyline' as a white T5 mission [natural T13]
- an 'Overgrown Ruin' as a white T5 mission [natural T9]

(And my highest run tier is 6 if that matters.)

I know. The code change due to this is the probable cause. However the issue that had been reported was that Explorer's reports didnt give unexplored maps. My guess is that they messed it up and what I reported here is unintentional.

Edit: Current state apparently is that you cant get Atlas bonus for natural red maps from non-corrupted Kirac mission.

You may also want to look at similar report: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3372356 According to that players also get natural-red map full completions (including Atlas point) from running uncorrupted white Kirac missions.

This doesnt work now. So as of now non-corrupted white Kirac does not give Atlas bonus for natural red map. Dont know if that other bug report was wrong for that part or if it was stealth changed.

And a consequence of this is that after "completing" a T16 per white Kirac I get T10 maps from yellow Kirac missions. Without ever having been in anything higher than T7. So this allows jumping map tiers also. So whether its intended or not - this does not belong in Ruthless IMO.
