Ritual unpriced deferred items

Platform : PC
Just had a ritual where a previously deferred item (10 orbs of binding) are unpriced and cannot be deferred again.
Original price was around 7K splinters
Have 4K left but still cannot defer

How to reproduce bug:
Ureproducable? - Just occured for this specific item see image attached

edit: seems like it remained deferred as it showed upoo with a price in the next ritual

I had a bug yesterday that deleted all of my deferred items over the last 3 days. It took me a while to realize it because I kept deferring splinters and then I realized all of them were overpriced still and when I bought them all out I didn't get any of my deferred items in my ritual again. I've also noticed my rituals have worse loot than before.
