Unable to Launch game

After a windows update to my PC last night I cannot open Path of Exile.
I play in windowed mode, when I open Path of Exile I get the window with the POE cursor, but just blackness in the window, then after a few seconds the window closes.

I have rebooted a few times and still does not work. Any Ideas?

I have tried:
Uninstall new windows update
uninstall steam Path of Exile
clear all steam path of exile related folders
clear the folders where cache and filters reside
restart computer

reinstall Path of exile

reset winmgmt stats

disable integrated GPU and launch
disable DPU and launch

reinstall windows update and redo all steps above.

When I launch the game now, it is just blackness other than the POE cursor, then a random amount of time passes usually < 10 seconds and the game client just disappears with no error message or anything.
