Ritual Altar blocked by a Crucible Forge

A Crucible Forge and a Ritual Altar spawned on top of each other in my Defiled Cathedral map.

I can't activate the Ritual Altar at all. I could only interact with the Crucible Forge.

I've tried clicking on the Altar model, nameplate, and using a Phasing flask. Nothing helped.
