Firestorm hit register bug

I've noticed that, while playing Firestorm Totems, occasionally it will appear as though an instance of Firestorm does 0 damage to something it hit straight on. In this video, I go through the entirety of Maligaro's Sanctum, and there are a few instances where it appears Firestorm did 0 damage to an enemy that was hit by the meteor. The video is a bit fuzzy, but the most glaring example of what I'm talking about is at 3 minutes in. You'll see me point my mouse (angrily) at the Undying Inductor enemy that is hit by multiple meteors directly while seemingly only taking damage from a small ignite inflicted earlier. Immediately after that, a Scalding Arachnid appears to be hit a few times directly by meteors without taking damage. This bug appears to occur randomly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znHiYXmwywo In this video, there aren't any doubts: for some reason, Firestorm deals 0 damage in specific circumstances. I haven't changed any gear between these two videos. The bug appears to be consistently repeatable in this area, so perhaps finding a fix for it would be easiest by looking in there? Same here. I have a lot of cast speed, like, a lot. With 3 totems the damage stop registering. Probably some limit in cast quantity
