My second Stygian Weapon MTX is bugged.

I had one stygian weapon mtx couple of years and it looks and worked fine.

Today I decide to buy a second to match my dual wield setup, but second one, exact that I bought today is looking different. It has blue light patches that shines through my char and definitely look like something bugged.
