Best spell leveling skill after nerfs?

Hello there! I am looking for a good leveling combination until reaching lvl 40 to swap for Explosive arrow. So GGG ripped flat dmg recipe and we have to look for wands with that rolls or +1 spell, spark also ripped making lightning skills leveling feels like a junk. IMO after several testing found the best combo of 3 skills (Flame Totem-Summon Phantasms-Add Light), (Ice bomb-add light), (Freeze pulse-Arcane surge-Add light). Then we swaping to Wave of Conviction from Freeze pulse, and to Orb of Storms from Ice bomb. Wave of convi proc our Orb of storm so it's 1.6 our boss dmg. As Wave of convi have 3 tags, (Phys, Fire, Light) we wanna look for +1 wand for any of this tags. Also as it have 220% effectivness of added dmg +flat dmg wands looks good too. So it's pretty easy IMO to get this wands early on. Until i reached lvl 20 i found twice 2 good wands (with +1 skills with essence spaming, vendor searching) and with this Wave of Convi feels good. What are u think will be the best leveling spell or spell combos?

They also changed the wand implicits.

Now you dont get a tiny amount of spell dmg anymore, which wont do much in early game anyways but flat ele dmg to spells depending on the wand base instead.

Which means you want to pick up more wands while leveling and ID them, so you get the right base plus ideally a flat dmg roll for spells. Thats much more powerful than a +1 lvl this early and I dont think casters are impacted all that much, unless you are a racer that is.
