Help to choose a build to Delve

Hi, I'm casual player and I would like to play the Delve mechanic this league. Can someone recomend some builds to Delve between 300-400 depth.

I was thinking of starting the league with a cold dot elementalist but I don't know if it's able to farm comfortably in that depth. I don't really care about the class so I'm open to suggestions.

Mana bond is great ^ but you can get by with a much less intense/delve focused build at sub 500 delve.(as this is a lowish depth)

The defense layers I suggest are:
Aegis aurora
30-50k armor
Chaos inoculation (this one is not necessary but makes being tank cheaper)
Watchers eye jewel mod for es/life gain on enemy hit (this is VERY important)
6K ES
Block 75/75 with glancing blows
85+ all res (melding of the flesh)
3+ endurance charges (And phys taken as mods from corruption/ mastery)
Ailment immunity (purity of elements or grand spectrums)


If you can squeeze those into a build you can play any skill and feel great. A common build that uses these defenses is CoC FR

Sanctum league I played Arc Miner.

I was squishy but everything died within and off screen.

I had very few problems and I didn't really die all that much.

However, my issue was I cant kill Bosses.

I switched to a Necromancer, because they are inherently defensive.
Multiple ways to play Necro, but the most efficient one IMHO is Carrion Golems or Zombies.

Requires you to use Convocation at least once awhile, thats about it.

Make sure you incorporate a Sapphire Flask in your selection, the Cold Dot is impossible to not step on.

What this player recommend is very good. Aegis Aurora with full Block and 3-5K ES will give you neigh immortality in Delve which can allow you to go hunting for walls without using that much flares.

I like delving on RF. High regen, lots of defenses. Don't have to worry about wandering in the darkness. Not many buttons to press. It's good.
