Lag spikes after factory reset computer

I've had zero issues playing so far, until yesterday when I did a factory reset on my PC and now I'm getting constant network lag spikes and nothing seems to be fixing the issue.

Is this using an Ethernet cable or WiFi?
Have you (re-)updated the drivers for your system (incl. network drivers) ? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
