Fracturing Orb question

quick question regarding Fracturing Orb:


can I use it on items with league specific modifiers to get these mods fractured (incursion, delve, bestiary) or essence modifiers like for example :

- Grants Level 20 Aspect of the Cat Skill

- +1 to Minimum Power Charges, (3-4)% chance to gain a Power Charge on Kill

- 10% increased Life Reservation Efficiency of SkillsLife

etc.

The wiki doesn't say...

Yes. You just can't use it on any item that is:

1) Already Fractured

2) Influenced (Exarch or Eater are fine tho I don't know if you need to fracture first before having those influences)

3) Synthesized

Anything else that meets the requirements is fair game.
