bugged "Inspired Learning"

i trying to allocated "Inspired Learning Crimson Jewel" with my Teamplar. it since to be not working for me. can someone look into it for me?

You don't have 4 Notables allocated. Passive Masteries don't count toward that total.

give me a example.

Should be working where you have it socketed. Are you absolutely certain you're not getting any buffs when you kill a rare mob? Something to note is killing multiple rares won't give you multiple buff icons for each mod you steal. You only get 1 buff icon regardless of how many rare mobs you've gotten mods from.

In the location you have Inspired Learning socketed, you now have all 4 Notable Passives within its radius allocated: Faith and Steel, Overcharge, Endurance, and Devotion.

Jewel slots are not Notable Passives, nor are Masteries. Notable passives are larger than regular passives like the many passives that grant +10 to Strength or Intelligence or Dexterity, but smaller than Keystones like Runebinder and The Agnostic.

When the thread was originally posted, the poster had the jewel equipped in the same location, but only had Devotion allocated.
