Lycia/Sanctum Aureus Coin Bug

Used "The First Relic" which converted Aureus Coins to Relics upon defeating Herald of the Scourge - in the room before Lycia, I had >14,000 Aureus coins. I took no hits in that room. Upon entering Lycia's room, I only had about 140 coins. I received no extra loot or relic conversion after defeating Lycia.

Did you have 'lose all coins upon floor completion'?
No idea how this is supposed to work for Lycia though. Usually it works by removing gold upon defeating floor boss. Then the gold drops from floor boss can be picked up leading to some small amount of gold.
