What am I missing?

Im in a map that has -6000 to armor and evasion rating. However it seems to fully delete all my evasion rating which causes me not to be able to regen energy shield since I have Ghost Dance. Here are screenshots with my stats before going into the map, as well as after Im in the map. I feel like i have to just be missing something.

Right, No Evasion will equal no ES regen with Ghost dance.
What's your Evasion prior to having grabbing the altars? Imgur is slow for me. Took long enough to load, so 30k ish Evasion yes? It shouldn't and I don't see anything anywhere on your tree or anywhere else that would affect your EV stat unless I am going blind. The -Armour and Evasion Rating from the Altar downside affect your base stats, not your final stats.
Taking a glance at your character...your gear, with Escape Artist, gets you around 3000 Evasion Rating, and Grace adds another 2000 (before aura effect). |

That was pretty much the only thing I could come up with is that it effect bases stats that I couldnt see.
