Can t change T16 maps to dune map no matter how many orbs of horizons i use

I used to be able to do this but one day the dune slot from the map tab stash just disapear, i traded a dune map and the slot was back, but still i can t transform t16 maps to dune maps,just to be sure i used over 100 orbs of horizons and nothing, in the past 10 or so was enough to get a dune map, sorry for the english, it is not my first language, thanks in advance, love the game

Horizon Orbs only reroll into maps that are naturally in that tier, meaning their tiers without Voidstones socketed.
