Craft casino

Is there any way to level up tiers of modifiers on your items like Rog do when you craft with him? Maybe an orb or harvest craft?

If not, then why? It's already hard to catch modifiers, that you need and when you get very low tier version of them it's frustrating. Why lvl86 item can have t8 modifiers in it? That is the thing, that makes loot from floor useless. And poe is a looter game. It shouldnt be like this.

It feels like a casino becoz it is a casino.

I spended 2 or 3 divines, trying to craft lvl85 necro shield with life and minion fossils and 99% of attempts led to item full of t8-t5 tier modifiers.

Yes you can upgrade tier of any modifier, i think the only limitation is that you can not go from t1 mod to t0 aka elevated mod.

Just go and google currency items, harvest, beast, fossils and other crafting methods.

Yes you can upgrade tier of any modifier, i think the only limitation is that you can not go from t1 mod to t0 aka elevated mod.

I think he means level up tier on an already finished item (without changing all the mods, like Rog).
