Anyways, since you aren't scaling crit, Elemental Overload is an easy dps boost. You'll realistically have to drop Controlled Destruction to make it reliably be up 100%. I think Faster Casting is better.

Also I think the playability of this is not shown by PoB. You'll need Pierce and/or Chain to have decent clear. Either have a green/white slot somewhere for mapping/boss swaps. Snakepit might be a decent consideration too.

Polaric Devastation is also good for Cover Enemies with Ash and more damage. Personally I'd get Hinekora's Fury for the Ash covering and use a rare ring with cast speed, life/res.

Circle of Anguish ring might be a good option too btw. Rings are tough.

You can prob do better with rare gloves with Temple mods and eldrich mod to apply Unnerve.

Cluster Jewel with, Force Multiplier, Iron Breaker + a throwaway in the back (mine was Master the Fundamentals) would be good.
And medium Totem jewels with Sleepless Sentries + Ancestral Inspiration.

I did a Shockwave Totem w/ Chieftain that worked out decently last league. There is is some overlap, but you're scaling ES which I didn't do but you might see something you like. Hope it helps!
