How to link PoE account with TFT discord?

Hi guys, i have 1 simple question.




Its possible to link new account on TFT with some poe new account with lvl lets say 20 character - to have full acces to trade section etc on discord?


Im asking if there is any specific requirments/conditions for this work.

Can completlly new player in poe, open account on tft and create new account in poe game same time and link it together ?
