Vengeful Stalker - modded monsters are Immortal/not destroyed properly during Blight encounter

Blight encounter spawned immortal magic jumping Goatmen which had the "Vengeful Stalker" mod from the map being Delirious. They seemed to could not be able to have their HP reduced to less than 1. Map mods and bug thing: 3,106,238,472
