Died 6 times in one map. Why?

I dont get it.
Was at 60% with no deaths.
I run these maps with blind eyes, only mod that kills me is reduced life regen.



It was smooth as smooth can be.
Until this one monster which i never saw before.

It was a fire dragon with a little snake that dives in the ground and a man that jumps from the air and slams. It also uses totems: Tokahomas Frenzy. Name of one i could grab around a corner was Infernoscrabbler the slayer. The little snake was named Gorethooth. Didnt found anything via google.

Heres the man.

Couldnt even take a screenshot in the room, it was instant death.
Couldnt do any damage to it.
The map boss was easy as always.

btw chaos is capped in combat with 6 endu charges.
And the phys damage reduction was never a thing with 160k armour.
Also used molten shell.

Mobs steal charges.
Ele. reflect.
Increased Phys and Increased Lightning taken.
Aaaand Altars.
Some no so nice mods there.

More important than the monster names would have been the rare modifiers on the monsters.

It sounds like one modifier was "Tukohama-touched". It might've also had "Soul Eater", which would make it stronger+faster for every other enemy that dies near it.

You also shouldn't underestimate the effect of negative "additional physical damage reduction" from altars. Your character sheet shows "52% estimated physical damage reduction" with 163k armour with that altar modifier. My character sheet shows the same 52% value in hideout with....6614 armour.

Wow, you're good, I can't tell what the monsters are, or what they really do, and certainly not their names, it's all a blur of lights and colors over dubstep framerate.

I just hide cowardly behind a corner and was lucky to catch some of them with my cursor.

I know how it looks.
But believe me, its no problemo at all.
I did run aprox 300 toxic sever maps with my two RF builds.
The Jugg can run them without even using enduring cry or molten shell.

I even switched from Progenisis to Oriaths End because he didnt need the extra defensive layer.
It definitly wasnt the mods that killed me, it was just the one freaking monster.



edit: just run the map with the same voidstones 3 times.
the monster was gone.
I killed already 432k monsters. How can it be i saw this one just once?

Is there a way to find out which one it was?
Would like to know what exactly it is i have to take revenge on.

It was a Pantheon God-touched by Tukohama mob. You probably won't be able to find the exact same monster again.

The Pantheon touched mobs are a super pain.
