Can't view item filters for PC

Previously it used to be possible to view / copy PC filters and adjust them for use on Playstation. Now this is not possible. Details below:

Now, when I go to the Item Filters list while logged in, the platform is automatically set to "Playstation". When I try to change this to "PC" then the page refreshes, but the dropdown is set back to "Playstation". I can only view the "PC" list while not logged in, however while not logged in it is not possible to access the actual filters to copy them for use on Console.

I have tried this using Chrome, Safari, and the console web browser.

It's a new league, and this is still an issue. Any updates?
