You wont belive, what i tried to make poe start, but still dont work on my pc.

Dear poe technical support team.
I bought an gaming pc for my girlfriend on ebay, so we can play path of exile togather, when she stays at my place.
she has an account and an old laptop with a smal screen where she can play with no problems atall, but barely see anything.
So now we was happy that we have a gaming pc for her at my place but no mather what i try, poe wont start. it shows the E sign in the left top corner screen for like 3 seconds and than nothing happens.
I installed poe on steam and tried every truble shooting you reccomendet on the forum and every other fix including cmd commands i could find on the internet.
than i reinstalled windows clean.
same problem.
Now i am done with my knowledge. Could you please help us in any way?
i can ping your servers and cleande my pc and checked it with core temp.
all works as intendet and i have no problems playing csgo or any other game.
I write from my account, because i dont have her emal login if i need to apply anthing. her account on steam is integer2909

GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now), so sadly this is something either yourself or another player have to figure out since this part of the forum is now Community driven.

However main problem is properly you bought to old hardware or a driver issue.

Sry man, but my pc is way better than the min requirements for poe.
And all my drivers are up 2 date!
