Divine Blessing consuming cost but not activating (Video).

As the title states there is currently a bug with Divine Blessing support. In my case, i am using Divine Blessing Support + Inspiration + Malevolence. When using my Attack Skill (Toxic Rain) and activating the Divine Blessing aura (Malevolence), it has a chance to not activate the Divine Blessing aura, but it does consume the cost for the aura. Reproduction (in my case): 1. Start attacking while moving around with Toxic Rain 2. Activate the Divine Blessing Aura I was able to reproduce this bug fairly consistently.
