Water related decoration glitches in atlas hideout.

Hello, today i've been trying to decorate my hideout and found out that most if not all water/ground decoration seem to glitch when you put them in the atlas area. Is this intentional?

Any news on this? Considering the price of this hideout i'd love to know if this is intentional or something that will be fixed
