problem with awakened poe trade (apt)

I got an error when visiting www.pathofexile.com/api/leagues?type=main&realm=pc&compact=1.
when i'm using my awakened poe trade and trying to price check item the APT say: Failed to load leagues Make sure the realm is not under maintenance. Also try clicking on the "Browser" button, you may need to complete a CAPTCHA there. and when i clicked the "Browser" Access denied Error code 1020 You do not have access to www.pathofexile.com.
