Reduced Ailment Duration on Self doesn't account for reflected Ailments

Dear GGG / Support Team,

when clicking the Eater of Worlds Altar "Non-Damaging Ailments you inflict are reflected back to you", (in my case) the mod "Shock Duration on Self Reduction" doesn't reduce the time of the shock that gets reflected back on me.

I tested the following:
I unspecced all Ailment Duration scaling sources so my Shocks are 2 Seconds long.
With the Arakaali-Pantheon (20% faster expiration of debuffs) this will result in roughly 2/1.2=1,7 second Shocks.
With 80% increased Ailment Duration scaling I receive (2*1,8)/1.2 = 3 second Shocks.
Both these numbers sound correct to me and i experienced them ingame. But I do have 109% "Shock Duration on Self Reduction", according to the ingame character sheet aswell as Path of Building.

Since the modifier doesn't specify "Ailments inflicted by Enemies", I would assume this a bug and kindly ask you for you confirmation!
